Fairhaven Condos

Fairhaven is one of Bellingham's most popular neighborhoods. With it's quaint historic district, proximity to beautiful waterfront parks, the Alaska Ferry Terminal, the southern end of the Alaska Marine Highway System, as well as Amtack and bus terminals, people love to live in Fairhaven.

Fiarhaven, once an independent town, along with Whatcom & Sehome merged with Bellingham in 1903 to become the city of Bellingham we know today. Fairhaven has seen lot's of growth in recent years with new retail space, businessess as well as lots of condos and the well used Village Green where many local events are held including the Farmer's Market every Wednesday from June through September.

Fairhaven maintains it's old world charm with many old brick buildings remaining from the 1800's and no chain stores.. There are many close by trails and Fairhaven Park close by. Fairhaven has a boat launch and easy access for kayakers. Marine Park is one of it's treasures and Padden Creek meanders through the neighborhood.
